Penguins have impeccable PR. They are instantly associated with social connectedness, harsh climate endurance, fancy tuxedos, and an adorable Charlie Chaplin waddle. The word is even fun to say; go ahead, try it ... penguin. Sounds sophisticated and French, though it is neither. That’s good PR.
With licence and gratitude, I am using the photo from someone who was lucky enough to be this close to penguins. My works are almost all one-off originals, but this will be a series of 10 reproductions (allowing me to set at a lower price than usual.
This work is 39 layers requiring almost 200 material changes for colour variations.
